Good afternoon, morning or evening (or whenever you read this)!
It has been quite some time since the staff, here at Our Rock Minerals, has written a newsletter...so here it goes:
We want to thank each and every one of you for your patience these last few weeks. As most of you already know, we have had issues with printing invoices, pack lists, shipping and packaging labels. Because of this, we have been forced to hand-write most (if not all) of our paperwork. This has made shipping and packaging a difficult task (to say the least)! It has also slowed our shipping time considerably.
Those who have placed orders during this time have been extremely patient and understanding. We cannot thank you enough!!!
Due to our printing issues, we have not been offering any specials or sales for fear of a surge in orders...making our ship time even slower.
Okay, now on to the good news! Our printing/computer issues should be resolved by the end of this week. We should be back up and running by Monday the 30th of March. You CAN STILL place orders this week, but please be aware that ship time is slow. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
