Hi ORM Fans!
Just a note to all of you who have placed an order recently:
Due to our recent sample sale, we have experienced a surge in orders (THANK YOU). Since we are a very small-staffed company, this has slowed down our process time...considerably.
Please be aware that your order will take longer than usual to process before it leaves our facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Also, we will be including a couple random freebie samples in with each of your orders to make up for the delay.

*A couple things to remember: We do not send out shipping notifications. We do not have or provide tracking information for small orders (under $10) or international orders. Once a package leaves our hands and enters the Postage System, we are NOT responsible for the delivery. We cannot be held liable for mistakes made by customs or the Post Office.
