Updates from ORM

Hello ORM Fans!
We're here to give you a few updates from Our Rock Minerals.
Our first order of business: We have extended our processing time from 1-3 business days to 3-6 business days. A business day being Monday through Friday. This is mainly due to our recent growth and is a permanent change.
Our second order of business: Due to issues with Customs and lost packages, we will no longer be able to write "Artistic Pigments" on customs forms. Beginning November 1st, we will be writing "Mineral Pigments". We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, this is a necessity. If you have recently placed an International order, we WILL list your package as an artistic pigment. After November 1st, that will change.
Our third order of business: International Priority Shipping is temporarily unavailable. We have lost a handful of packages sent via International Priority. This is quite a problem due to lack of communications between the US and International customs. We are currently trying to work through this issue and hope to have this option available again.
Our Fourth and last order of business: We have an exciting VIBRANT new line coming in November that is sure to knock your socks off! Stay tuned for details on how you can snag a free sample.
